band celebrates first trip in five years to state competition
The Chillicothe High School Marching Band delighted
family and friends Sunday at the Ross County Band Festival
just one day after bringing back a superior rating at a district
competition. -

2004 Band Competition Results
September 18th: Logan Elm Marching Classic
at 4pm
The
CHS Band finished 3rd overall in Class A. Stebbins took
1st place and Meigs took 2nd place. The Percussion section
finished 2nd in their class. - Report by Lea Dawn
October
9th: Miami Trace Invitational at 2pm
The Band placed 2nd in their class and
the Percussion placed 1st in their class. The Band recieved
a superior rating which qualifies them to compete at State
competition.
